WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR WELLNESS CONSULTATION
Your wellness consultation is the first step in your wellness journey. It provides the opportunity for you to connect with your coach and make sure they’re a perfect fit for you and your wellness goals.
Before your wellness consultation you will receive a new client/health history form to complete.
During your wellness consultation you will meet with your coach to:
Review and discuss your health history form.
Assess your current lifestyle, general health, medical history, diet, stress, sleep, and any other relevant information.
Discuss your health and wellness goals.
Identify any barriers to your goals and create strategies to overcome them.
Ask any questions related to your health and wellness concerns to ensure that you are confident and focused on achieving your goals successfully.
You will also have the option to perform a full body composition analysis. The body composition monitor will calibrate a number of important health measurements, including weight, BMI, BMR, bone mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, physique rating, body water %, body fat % and Metabolic Age.
At the end of your Wellness Consultation, your coach will create your tailored wellness coaching program. Follow up sessions and your ongoing coaching schedule will be agreed upon during your consultation.
